By using Vynta, you agree to these terms. This is a beta app built by a solo student developer. It's provided as-is, free of charge, and currently in testing. Use it responsibly.
Vynta ("the App") is an AI-powered Android task scheduler developed and maintained by Murshid R ("Developer", "I", "we"). The App is currently in beta testing and is provided free of charge.
By downloading, installing, or using Vynta, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

All intellectual property rights in Vynta — including the code, design, branding, logo, and name — belong to Murshid R. Vynta is proprietary software and is not open-source unless explicitly stated otherwise.
You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the App for personal purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App.
Task titles, descriptions, and other content you create within Vynta remain yours. You retain all rights to your content. By using the App, you grant us no rights to your content except as necessary to operate the service (e.g., sending task text to Groq's AI for processing).

Vynta is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Murshid R shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use of or inability to use the App; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; or (iii) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our App by any third party.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of the App following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
